Historically, Cardi B became the second female rapper to accomplish this feat. Cardi B has since done it four times and Megan Thee Stallion has done it twice.
Wyclef Jean helped Destiny’s Child produce their first hit single. His contribution to their debut run helped change the source of music. This year, Essence Fest decided to honor Wyclef Jean. Last night, they had Wyclef Jean performing, along with the likes of Nicki Minaj. Anyone who has ever watched Wyclef Jean perform knows he gives a good show. During last night’s performance, Wyclef actually used his tongue to play his guitar. This is something people will be talking about for some time.
