XXXTentacion’s Mom Cleopatra Bernard Wants State Of Florida To Return BMW That He Was Murdered In To Her

Last June, XXXTentacion was murdered in his hometown of Broward County, FL as he was shot while in his BMW by robbers. All four have since been brought in to custody. Now, his mother Cleopatra Bernard is asking for the 2017 Black BMW i8 that he lost his life in returned to her, according to TMZ.

The Assistant State Attorney documents filed by Bernard made the request about the BMW. Prosecutors are saying that law enforcement received all photos of the car so there’s no more need for evidence on that.

The documents received by TMZ also state that getting the car would prevent any more damage from it being in a storage. Once a judge approves and the legal team for suspect Dedrick Williams inspects the BMW before the end of February, Bernard is free to get the car.

XXXTentacion’s posthumous debut album “Skins” was also released in December. It was led by the single “Bad” and had features from Kanye West and Travis Barker.
