XXXTentacion’s Mother’s Stalker Ordered To Undergo Mental Competency Evaluation After Breaking Into Her House Because X Supposedly Sent Him “Sadistic Messages” in His Dreams

Last week, XXXTentacion’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, filed a restraining order against a stalker from New York who tried to break into her Florida home on January 24, according to The Blast. Court documents revealed that it is 24-year-old New York man named Donavon Banton.

Banton traveled to Florida three times to try to see Bernard. The reasoning was that he claimed he was receiving “sadistic messages” from XXXTentacion in his dreams and wanted to contact his mother to stop them. He even threw a brick at her window and smashed car windows.

Banton got hit with charges of charges of felony burglary dwelling/structure cause, possess burglary tools with intent to use, burglary/dwelling structure or conveyance armed, stalking-follow harass cyberstalk another and criminal mischief.

Now, Banton is being forced to undergo a mental competency evaluation, per The Blast. This will determine if he’s fit to head to trial. He claimed that Bernard used witchcraft to attack him. He is currently being held at  the Broward County Jail. He has since plead not guilty.
