Earlier this month, Yaya Mayweather, revealed that her son had finally been born as she posted a photo of the child’s foot. The father is NBA Youngboy, who hasn’t spoken on the pregnancy or the child at all. The two had been known for their relationship in 2020 where there was even an incident where Yaya stabbed Youngboy’s baby mama at his Houston home and faces 99 years in prison for this.
Yaya’s father is also hall of fame boxer, Floyd Mayweather. He revealed back in October that she was pregnant and didn’t seem too angry about it. He explained how Yaya doesn’t live under his room anymore and that she makes her own decisions. This was in an interview with Jason Lee of Hollywood Unlocked where he also called Youngboy a child.
Yaya is now showing off her father with her son as she recently took to her Instagram story on Thursday to do so. Floyd was seen holding the child as he was masked up and had his hoodie on. The baby was draped in a blanket. She also recently revealed that the baby is named after Youngboy’s real first name, Kentrell.
Yaya originally showed off her bump in her Instagram stories last fall and then at her blue-themed baby shower in early November. Youngboy wasn’t present there, either. He has since started dating Jazlyn Mychelle, as they recently went on a snow trip together.
