Dallas rapper, Yella Beezy, got into some legal woes last night in his hometown. According to TMZ, he was stopped by police after running red lights. This was while he was in the process of getting flowers for his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, per Beezy’s manager, Adrian Low Brown.
Police searched Beezy’s car and that’s when they found an unlicensed firearm. The reasoning for the car even being searched was reportedly due to it smelling like marijuana. Beezy claimed that he doesn’t smoke that though and luckily, avoided being charged for that.
Beezy is facing a weapons charge, though. All of his other weapons turned out to be registered, though. As of now, Low Brown is still trying to bail the rapper out. He added that he believes that Beezy was harassed by the cops in this situation.
