YFN Lucci Part of a Dozen People Involved in 75-Page, 105-Count Racketeering Indictment For Alleged Involvement With Blood Gang Members in Atlanta as He Continues To Deal With 2020 Murder Case

Things came crashing down very quickly for YFN Lucci in mid-January. He turned himself in on charges of felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. This was for the involved murder of 28-year-old James Adams in south Atlanta on December 10.

Lucci ended up posting $500,000 bond but faces strict curfew restrictions and where he can go. Now, more legal woes are on the horizon for the Atlanta rapper as according to WSB-TV 2, Lucci is part of a dozen people indicted in a 75-page, 105 count racketeering indictment surrounding involvement with the Bloods gang.

“This indictment is unprecedented. Period. In Georgia,” said Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to Channel 2. “There’s been a huge spike in violent crime. I made a commitment to bring the best and the brightest minds here, many of which you see sitting here right now so that we could deal with this issue of this violent crime.”

Lucci’s attorney, Drew Findling, has since maintained the rapper’s innocence. Findling believes that Lucci is soley focused on his music career and not gang activities.

“He’s not a gang member. What he is is an internationally recognized musical artist that is a triple platinum winner, that has performed all over the United States and all over the world.”

Lucci has remained quiet publicity as he cannot post on social media right now due to bond restrictions. With this latest indictment, it seems that his promising career which he’s had plenty of success in may be over.
