YFN Lucci’s Attorney, Labels 75-Page, 105-Count Gang-Related Racketeering Indictment as “A Little Bit Ridiculous”

YFN Lucci has had a very rough start to 2021, legally. The Atlanta rapper was hit with charges of felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. This was regarding the murder of 28-year-old James Adams, in December of last year. Adams was shot in the head while with Lucci and his crew, in their car. Lucci then supposedly dumped Adams’ body on the street.
Last month, Lucci was also hit with a 75-page, 105-count gang-related racketeering indictment 11 others were also charged. Lucci ended up turning himself in after previously being able to get out on $500,000 bond in February with strict restrictions.
Now, Lucci’s attorney, Drew Findling, is now speaking out about this indictment. He says this situation is “a little bit ridiculous.” He also isn’t feeling that Lucci’s music is being used against him legally.
“He’s not a gang member,” said Findling, previously. “What he is an internationally recognized music artist that is a triple platinum winner, that has performed all over the United States and all over the world.”
As of now, Lucci is still being held without bond. This will likely at least be until a trial date is set.
