YFN Lucci’s RICO trial will reportedly finally begin in January

YFN Lucci has been incarcerated since April 2021, due to various RICO charges. These include a 75-page, 105-count racketeering indictment. Moreover, that came several months after Lucci was initially arrested for murder charger, which include a gang-related drive-by shooting, in which he allegedly threw his dead friend’s body out of a car, after being shot. As a result, this trial also includes that case. Lucci was out on bond, but was arrested that April, due to violations, as well as the new RICO charges.

Meanwhile YFN Lucci’s date for this RICO trial is finally set to begin next month, after initially being supposed to kick off, this past January, on the ninth. Therefore, the new date is now reportedly January 8, 2024. Moreover, this comes after Lucci rejected a plea deal in the summer, which recommended 20 years with 17 left to serve.

Furthermore, Lucci also refused to testify in his rival Young Thug’s current RICO trial. Lyrics were even presented in this trial, where Thug allegedly rapped about getting Lucci’s mother shot at. This was during Thug’s “Bad Boy” single with the late Juice WRLD, in early 2021.

At the time of Lucci’s initial arrest, he was fresh off the release of his “Wish Me Well 3″ album. 21 songs were released, including collaborations with Jeezy, Rick Ross, Mozzy, and more.
