YG announces “Just Re’d Up 3” album and tour
Over the last month, YG has been teasing the release of the third installment of his classic “Just Re’d Up” series. Meanwhile, he has just confirmed when fans can expect Just Re’d Up 3.
Therefore, YG’s Just Re’d Up 3 will be available in July. Moreover, the Compton rapper also teased the cover art for it, which will be similar to the first three Just Re’d Up projects. The lead single is also “Knocka,” which was released in late April.
In addition to Just Re’d Up 3, YG has also announced his Just Re’d Up Tour. This will begin on July 25, in his hometown of Los Angeles. The tour will run until August 17, where it concludes in Hawaii. Doe Boy will also be a special guest performer. Artist presale tickets go live on May 21 at 11:30am PST. Spotify presale tickets are available on May 22 at 10am local time. General onsale tickets will be out on May 24 at 10am local time.
YG’s previous Just Re’d Up project was released in early 2013, as a mixtape. That contained 26 songs, including collaborations with Juicy J, Tory Lanez, Jeezy, Wiz Khalifa, and more. The first installment of the series came in 2011, as YG released 24 songs, which contained features from Big K.R.I.T., Chris Brown, and more.
Furthermore, YG’s Just Re’d Up 3 is his first album since 2022’s “I Got Issues.” That was a very solid release for him, as it went on to debut at number 22 in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart.
