It seems like, every two years, Yo Gotti comes out with a record that just slaps. In 2013, following years of minor hits and plenty of mixtape success, Gotti broke through with “Act Right.” That record also featured a resurgent, Jeezy, and a breakout YG, dominating the summer.

Two years later, Yo Gotti dropped “Down In The DM,” including a comical video, filled with cameos and a DJ Khaled “cloth talk.” Just before the summer of 2017 ended, Gotti did it again. This time, he offered “Rake It Up,” featuring Nicki Minaj.

Yo Gotti visited Angie Martinez, at Power 105.1, where he touched on some of this. He began the interview, speaking on his past, which includes getting kicked out of his childhood complex. Then, he spoke on rumors of him and Blac Chyna doing a record together.
