Free Tickets For Young Dolph’s Public Memorial in Memphis, Reportedly Sold Out, in 90 Minutes

Young Dolph memorial tickets sell out in 90 minutes

On Monday, it was announced that the tickets for Young Dolph’s public memorial, were available on Ticketmaster. The event will be held at the FedExForum on December 16, which is the home of the Memphis Grizzlies.

Tickets for this memorial were also free, and ended up quickly selling out. In just 90 minutes, the tickets sold out. Fans scrambled to be able to get a chance to pay respects to Dolph. FedExForum can hold over 18,100 people. The memorial will be held from 11am-2pm.

Dolph was shot and killed, on November 17, at Makeda’s Cookies. This was one of Dolphs’ favorite establishments in South Memphis, as he purchased cookies there frequently. He was also spotted at Makeda’s, a week before the shooting.

Two suspects initially pulled up to the business, and both fired shots at Dolph while inside. Both men wore grey sweatpants, with navy and black hoodies. Both also sported COVID-19-like masks, to cover their faces. They have yet to be arrested, but the alleged Mercedes-Benz getaway car was reportedly found three miles from Makeda’s in a residential neighborhood.
