Young Jeezy and Rick Ross share a love/hate relationship, they love to hate each other and have for some time. Initially, Young Jeezy and Rick Ross were good friends, as they signed to Def Jam around the same time. DJ Khaled counted, equally, on both of them to help rebuild Def Jam South.

Things between Young Jeezy and Rick Ross went well until “B.M.F.” was released and a freestyle was interpreted as a diss. Since then, Rick Ross and Young Jeezy have been at each other’s throats. Rick Ross discussed his feud with Young Jeezy and admitted he wanted to choke him at the 2012 BET Awards.

Rick Ross later announced Maybach Music was moving to Atlantic Records, where Young Jeezy is Senior VP of A&R. Now, Young Jeezy revealed he has moved CTE from Def Jam over to Atlantic Records, making MMG and CTE members of the same label. Young Jeezy also spoke on Freddie Gibbs leaving CTE, saying it was for the best and wished him well.
