Members of Young Nudy’s PDE gang indicted on RICO charges

RICO indictments are starting to become a more frequent issue for Atlanta rappers and their crews, over the past two years. This has been evident for artists such as Young Thug and YFN Lucci, as both and their associates have been incarcerated, since 2021.

Meanwhile, this is now the case for various members of Young Nudy’s PDE crew. According to legal reporter George Chidi, eight members have been indicted. This is as a result of being involved in unemployment fraud as organized crime. Furthermore, four of the defendants in this case were initially arrested for these charges, back in 2021.

Therefore, this is said to be a 157-page indictment. These members reportedly stole IDs and submitted them in an attempts to receive pandemic unemployment insurance.  The suspects in this indictment have since been listed as 34-year-old Shadarian Mitchell, 54-year-old Caren Mitchell, 33-year-old Dontavious Cheeks, 35-year-old Kenneth Long, 28-year-old Brittany Parks, 28-year-old Kareem Duram, 39-year-old Julian Rabun, and 34-year-old Zemekia Davis.

Meanwhile, Young Nudy has one of the hottest records out, in “Peaches & Eggplants.” This features fellow East Atlanta native and cousin, 21 Savage. As a result, it’s currently number 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and is certified gold in the US.
