Yung Joc performed in a fitness class for $50K
Yung Joc’s latest “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” episode dealt with the loss of his mother. For the past decade, Joc has been known for being on this show. During this time, he’s become known as one of the most hilarious people on reality TV. However, there was a time when Yung Joc was one of the biggest rappers in the game. In real time, he relived those moments, when he was booked to perform in an exercise class. For his efforts, Joc was paid $50,000.
Yung Joc emerged during a time when Atlanta rap was taking over the mainstream. While it gets overlooked now, Joc had a solid three year run. Towards the end, Yung Joc was opening doors for other members of his team. Outside of his own record deal, he had his Swagg Team crew. He established a label deal for them and they had a hit record. Unfortunately, everything fell apart for Joc’s music ambitions immediately after.
Yung Joc proved himself to be a skilled entertainer, on “Love & Hip Hop.” Just his antics, alone, made him one of the show’s most popular people. By the time Joc linked with Lil’ Scrappy and Stevie J, his rap career was forgotten. On his own, he was so funny that he and Stevie competed in an actual comedy battle. In his latest video, Joc was back on the music side of things. Some fitness instructors booked him to perform in their class, for which he was paid $50,000.
