In her latest single +music video, “Jaguar”, Jasmine Ortiz gives us a fresh and exciting take on a classic Bonnie and Clyde type of adventure. The multi-lingual musician has no boundaries while mixing sounds of R&B as well as Alt Pop which can be heard in the new tune which was written by Jasmine and produced by multi platinum producer Cesar da Emperor (Post Malone, Tyga, Diplo). This track follows Ortiz’s hit track, “Cherry On Top” which received over 1.1 Million views in less than two weeks.
“Jaguar” is about being young and carefree. The video, directed by Maria Picon, conveys a euphoric and adrenaline filled night, when being young means feeling invincible. In this Bonnie and Clyde style 24 hour adventure, Jasmine’s boyfriend tells her they’re spending a night out in “his” Jaguar and in “his” mansion. As it turns out, the car and mansion are his dad’s, who reports the car stolen and the house broken into. The antics lead to a cop chase and the couple narrowly escapes getting caught. Despite the mayhem, Jasmine, hangs on tight for the ride of her life!
