Keenan Carter shares a horrific story of police brutality, happened with himself, his sister, and his cousin by the Fort Myers Police Department, in Florida. When they arrived at his sister's house, Carter says they were soon cornered by an unmarked police truck, driven by Chris Wuthrich. Immediately, Wuthrich ordered the family back into the car, threatening to taser them, ordering him onto the ground, when he was already on the ground, walked into Carter's sister's house, with his taser gun pointed, going through every room, threatening to shoot them for no reason.
