For one man working construction, he reached that level. The man and his boss got into it and his boss punched him in the face. As a result, the man went off, landing several punches on his boss.

As a result, employees and employers are more at odds with each other than ever before. This leads to more on the job disagreements that can spill over into something else.
It’s unclear what made these construction workers get upset with each other. However, it’s understandable what sent the one guy over the edge. These men went from having a disagreement to one punching the other in the face. As a result, the employee lost it, and he hit the man who was said to be his boss several times. Ultimately, he ended up knocking the man out.
