Aaron Gordon tries to fight Draymond Green

Aaron Gordon gave the Denver Nuggets a much needed spark. Late in the 2022 season, the Denver Nuggets got hot. With the Golden State Warriors falling apart, it looked like the Warriors would fall below the Nuggets. However, the Warriors managed to salvage the second half of their season to gain the third seed. For their efforts, the Golden State Warriors landed Aaron Gordon and the Denver Nuggets in the first round.

Aaron Gordon has always provided the Denver Nuggets a spark. It was Aaron Gordon who was key in the Nuggets turning things around this year. The Nuggets played well and landed the sixth seed, where they faced the third seeded Warriors. Since 2019, the Golden State Warriors have been sidelined, due to injuries. On the other hand, the Denver Nuggets are one of the teams that have benefitted from the Warriors being sidelined.

Aaron Gordon listened when Michael Malone, the Denver Nuggets’ head coach, told them to fight. At the start of the game, Draymond Green was defending Nikola Jokic. While Draymond Green was helping on defense, he accidentally hit Nikola Jokic in the eye. Aaron Gordon was not having any of that. Immediately, Aaron Gordon began swinging on Draymond Green, and confronted him for what he did to their MVP.
