Andrew Wiggins was traded to the Golden State Warriors two years ago. Wiggins is an eight year veteran in the NBA. So far, Andrew Wiggins has had an unusual NBA career. In 2014, Andrew Wiggins was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall pick. Due to LeBron James returning to the team and wanting to play with Kevin Love, Wiggins was traded to the Minnsota Timberwolves.

Andrew Wiggins spent the first five and a half years of his career playing with Minnesota. In these five years, Andrew Wiggins put up the type of numbers most would expect from a franchise player. Wiggins helped lead the Timberwolves to the playoffs in 2018. The 2018 playoff run was Minnesota’s first playoff appearance since 2004, ending the NBA’s longest drought.

Andrew Wiggins was traded to the Golden State Warriors in 2020. The Warriors were depleted due to injuries and finished with the NBA’s worst record. Wiggins managed to build a chemistry with Stephen Curry during the 2021 season. This season, the Warriors formed a new core with Wiggins, Curry, Jordan Poole, and Draymond Green. Last night, Wiggins dunked on Brandon Clarke in epic fashion, in Game 2 of the Warriors vs Memphis Grizzlies playoff series.
