Over the last few years, Benny The Butcher has been a dominant force in the Buffalo hip-hop scene, as well as the hometown record label, Griselda Records. He’s been very consistent, as he put out his “The Plugs I Met” EP in the summer of 2019, his “Black Soprano Family” mixtape with DJ Drama last summer, “Burden Of Proof” album last fall, and this past spring, released his The Plugs I Met sequel.
Now, Benny has another anticipated project on the way, and that is the fourth installment of his “Tana Talk” mixtape series. HE posted a video to his Instagram stories early this morning, as he revealed this, while leaving a recording studio.
“I routinely leave the studio at this time,” said Benny on IG. I’m on my bullsh*t. I got sh*t for you n*ggas. Tana Talk 4 on the way.”
Tana Talk 3 dropped back in 2018, as it contained 14 tracks in total. Appearances included Royce Da 5’9 and Benny’s Griselda label mate, Westside Gunn.
Benny is also going on tour this fall, starting on October 7 in Atlanta. 22 cities will be visited, as it will conclude on November 19 in Austin, TX.
