Big Boi and Sleepy Brown have always made for a strong duo. In 2003, Big Boi teased going solo, and Sleepy Brown was on the hook of his first solo endeavor. Following the tremendous success, Sleepy Brown was supposed to release his solo album. His debut single, “I Can’t Wait,” was a hit on BET and MTV, but the album never came. Soon, Sleepy Brown was forgotten, Outkast put into hibernation, and Big Boi returned as a solo artist. Recently, Big Boi and Sleepy Brown reunited. The duo dropped their single, “Animalz,” last week.
