Cardi B Says She Turned in Last Minute “Big Paper” Song For DJ Khaled’s “KHALED KHALED” Album Yesterday Morning [VIDEO]

Today, DJ Khaled released his 12th studio album, “KHALED KHALED.” This project was led by the hit singles, “Greece” and “Pop Star” both featuring Drake, as they were released last summer. The album contained 14 tracks in total with star-studded appearances from DaBaby, Lil Baby, Roddy Ricch, H.E.R., Meek Mill, Megan Thee Stallion, Nas, Jay Z, and more.
Cardi B also appeared on KHALED KHALED, but that was revealed hours before its released by Khaled. He took to social media to say that she would be on the “Big Paper” song from the album. This record featured just Cardi and many believe that she created another hit.
Today, Cardi sat down for an interview with The Shade Room to discuss the Khaled collab. She explained that she had two days to finish the song and that’s exactly what she was able to do.
“I didn’t think I was gonna make the record. I got the beat before yesterday and yes, I wrote the record!
Cardi wanted to make sure that the mix of Big Paper was all good before turning it in. It ended up being submitted at 7am on Thursday morning. That ended up causing a race to make the deadline to turn in the song but it all worked out as Cardi is on another Khaled album. In 2019, she was part of the “Wish Wish” song with 21 Savage from Khaled’s “Father of Asahd” project.
