Despite the Suns narrowly missing the playoffs, they finished the season on an eight game winning streak. During the offseason, Chris Paul joined the Suns. In 2021, they finished with the equivalent of a 58-24 record, earning the West’s second seed.
DeAndre Ayton saw his game come to life, when Chris Paul joined the team. Ayton was key, during the Suns’ first two wins of the NBA Finals. However, the Milwaukee Bucks won the series. This season, the Suns have posted the NBA’s best record. But the Suns have struggled in the playoffs. Playing the Mavericks, for Game 6, the Suns were blown out. Ayton had this moment against Luka, though.
