DJ Junior presents Artists to Know (NYC Edition): Dollarmentary

In an effort to correct the confusion, from here on out this section will be known as ‘DJ Junior presents Artists to Know.’ New title, same meaning, this week New York City is being spotlighted. Holding down the New York hip hop scene before the focal point shifted back was Dollarmentary.

Dollarmentary has close ties to Redman, Method Man, and the Wu-Tang Clan. All of the insiders on the New York hip hop scene have worked with, or at least been around, Dollarmentary. A man of many names, these people probably know him for different monikers, but they know him for his work with Vinny Idol.

More recently, fans know Dollarmentary for his Green Crack series. As the series picks up more momentum, Dollarmentary and Redman have come together for their joint project, Medical Reasons. When thinking about New York hip hop, Dollarmentary is definitely an Artist to Know.

Dollarmentary is also a leader of his own crew, the Space Cadetz, and a member of the Coughee Brothaz.
