Draymond Green controversially gets ejected | Warriors at Grizzlies | Game 1 | 2022 NBA Playoffs [VIDEO]

Draymond Green ejected before halftime in Game 1 vs Grizzlies

Draymond Green is one of the most controversial NBA players in the league. For good reason, Draymond Green is loved by the Warriors and their fans. Likewise, Draymond Green is despised by most fans who are not fond of the Golden State Warriors. Still, Draymond Green’s impact cannot be denied, on the court, for the Warriors. Most agree that had Draymond Green played in Game 6 of the 2016 Finals, the Golden State Warriors would have won the championship.

Draymond Green is one of the top defensive players in the league. Green is unafraid to get physical and is accused of being a “dirty” player. The Warriors have used Draymond Green as their enforcer for ten years, now. When Draymond Green doesn’t play, it shows, because the Warriors struggle. However, when Draymond Green does play, the Warriors do dominate. Yesterday, the Warriors were getting dominated by the Memphis Grizzlies.

Draymond Green was positioning himself against Brandon Clarke, right before halftime. As Draymond was positioning himself, he was called for a foul. While Draymond Green agreed he committed a foul, he did not agree with the charge. The refs called Draymond Green for a “Flagrant 2” foul, which led to his automatic ejection. Clearly, this did not sit well with Draymond Green, as he got very upset, jumping around in protest.
