Future was actually one of a handful of Atlanta rappers who blew up in 2011-2012. What Future had going for him was the major co-signs. Each single Future would release would become a viral hit. It turns out, Future’s songs became favorites for rappers to jump on. As a result, Future’s first five singles had features from Drake, T.I., Diddy, and Ludacris. Few rappers are able to jump out of the gate with features like that.

Future proved to live up to his name. Not only was Future a chart-topping artist, but he also knows how to generate headlines. In addition to making hits with Rihanna, Future was racking up a long list of baby mamas. While Future has the one high profile situation, he also had the other situations. At the height of Future’s career, he was going back and forth with one of his baby mamas. Along with that, one of Future’s children is siblings with Bow Wow’s oldest child.

Future saw his career hit a peak, in 2017. Five years ago, Future had an anthem in “Mask Off,” and Amber Rose was his video girl. After that, Future saw his music enter a decline. However, Future saw a resurgence in 2020 with his music releases. As a result, Future returned with I Never Liked You, and he has been getting it in. With “Holy Ghost,” Future dropped a song that hit 10 million Spotify plays. After that, Future graced fans with the music video.
