Future has made a name for himself, dropping the summer anthems. Eleven summers ago, Future went viral with “Tony Montana.” The song became an internet sensation. When Drake jumped on the record, it became a radio smash. From that point on, Future has been a household name. During the time of Future’s rise, there were several Atlanta rappers on the cusp of fame. Ultimately, Future exceeded them all, in terms of longevity and success.
Future seemingly peaked, in 2017, when he released his two albums a week apart. His albums, Future and HNDRXX, both were massive successes. Future’s self-titled album included the hit single, “Mask Off,” which was a tremendous success. With Amber Rose as his video girl, Future scored what was then the biggest hit of his career. In 2020, Future topped this with “Life Is Good,” featuring Drake, and he topped it again with his current run.
Future returned with his album, I Never Liked You, which has been the biggest release of his career. This is Future’s ninth studio album and he has his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single with “Wait for U,” featuring Drake and Tems. While people are enjoying the album, Future’s fans like “Puffin on Zooties,” so he made it the new single. This afternoon, Future returned with the release of the official music video for the song.
