George Zimmerman is Suing Trayvon Martin’s Family, Prosecutors, and Others For $100 Million in Civil Damages, Defamation, Abuse of Civil Process and Conspiracy [VIDEO]

Back in February of 2012, we saw George Zimmerman shoot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin after following him simply for being black and walking into the neighborhood that he lived in. Zimmerman was contact by someone in a higher position to not follow Martin but of course, he didn’t listen because a young black man in a hoodie with skittles and sweet tea is such a big threat.

Zimmerman ended up getting acquitted of any charges of Martin’s murder in the summer of 2013. Since then, he’s been living his best life by signing autographs at gun shows and even tried to auction off the gun that he killed Martin with. Now, the waste of life is suing Martin’s parents, prosecutors, and others involved in his case for false evidence, according to The Miami Herald. The Polk County Circuit Court is bringing information from a documentary titled “The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America.” which accused the Martin family of false testimonies.

What Zimmerman wants in the lawsuit are $100 million in civil damages, alleging defamation, abuse of civil process and conspiracy. It added that defendants in the case “have worked in concert to deprive Zimmerman of his constitutional and other legal rights.” Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, and Benjamin Crump, the family’s attorney, are both listed as defendants.

Right now, Zimmerman should be spending the rest of his life in prison on murder charges but sadly, here we are. Hopefully, he doesn’t get a penny from this lawsuit but considering the joke that our justice system is, he just might.
