Grant Williams has become well known, this postseason. Particularly, Grant Williams became known during the Bucks’ series. Expectations have been all over the place. When the Celtics had the Nets in the first round, a lot of people picked Brooklyn to win. Going into the series, the argument was that this wasn’t the typical second seed / seventh seed matchup. In the end, the Celtics swept the Nets, making it the typical matchup.
Grant Williams’ defense came up big, after the Celtics lost Robert Williams III. Playing the Milwaukee Bucks, the Celtics were taking on the defending champions. However, the Bucks had their fair share of struggles, following the 2021 title. In the end, the Bucks were able to salvage their season. But without Khris Middleton, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown overpowered Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Grant Williams and the Boston Celtics took on the Miami Heat, last night. In the Eastern Conference Finals, the Celtics were expected to dominate. After halftime, the Celtics were doing just that, and the questions were on the Miami Heat. Immediately after, Jimmy Butler and the Heat turned up the pressure and put an end to the Boston Celtics to take a 1-0 series lead.
