Last year, 2 Chainz dropped his second album, Me Time, and he has continued to work on new music. This year, 2 Chainz plans to release another album and keep his run going. In a few interviews, 2 Chainz spoke on his plans of putting out another LP in 2014.
Before getting into his next album, 2 Chainz revisited his previous effort. There is a lot more to do with Me Time and 2 Chainz is getting it in now. The “Mainstream Ratchet” track off the album was a fan favorite, so 2 Chainz decided to put a music video together for it.
Earlier this week, 2 Chainz dropped the “Mainstream Ratchet” music video and it’s making its rounds. There is something about watching someone in Jamaica when the rest of the world is freezing that keeps people tuned in. This week, 2 Chainz had it with the “Mainstream Ratchet” video and it receives Video of the Week status.
