There’s some artists that have dominated the mainstream, this year, such as Post Malone and Cardi B. Then, there are those who have had the streets on lock, like NBA Youngboy and 6ix9ine. The energy coming from New York City hasn’t been felt since French and Rocky debuted.
6ix9ine is boldly claiming he is the new man in town and this is causing a lot of drama. Recently, 6ix9ine went after Chief Keef, and his whole crew, leading to more tension. After his video rant, there has been a lot of talk about what happens next.
But, 6ix9ine maintains all of this was before the “Tati” video dropped, and emerged with millions of views, the first day out. It’s been under a week and the video has 11 million views. That, plus 6ix9ine dominating headlines this week was behind its choice for Video of the Week.
