Each week, Hip Hop Vibe brings the world the hottest video to hit the internet that week. This week, it was a must to return to the West Coast because YG is making himself the hottest thing out of there. There is a battle for “control,” but YG is out here making hits.
The CTE rapper is having a major impact on the game this summer, but now he is preparing to take the lead role. His Welcome to Bompton album, his debut, is soon on the way. In the meantime, he is promoting his “My Nigga” track off the Young Jeezy compilation, Boss Yo Life Up Gang.
YG’s “My Nigga” features Rich Homie Quan, one of the biggest breakout artists of 2013 and, of course, Young Jeezy. Earlier this week, the “My Nigga” video dropped and the atmosphere is crazy. Under different circumstances, DJ Khaled would have taken Video of the Week honors, but this week it is YG, Rich Homie Quan, and Jeezy.
