Hitkidd releases new “You The Type” single
Over the past year, Memphis’ own Hitkidd has established himself as one of the best new producers in the industry. In 2022, he took off with his “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” single, with GloRilla. That went on to go gold, peak at number 42 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. F.N.F. was also nominated for Best Rap Performance, at the Grammys, last weekend. Last week, Hitkidd also put out his “Internet Trolls” single, with GloRilla.
Hitkidd has also been working with other buzzing female rappers out of Memphis, which includes Slimeroni, Gloss Up, Aleza, and K Carbon. Hitkidd and these ladies went on to go viral with their “Shabooya” single, in the fall of 2022. Other records include “Hot Potato” and “Set The Tone,” which also included.
However, Hitkidd, Aleza, Gloss Up, Slimeroni and K Carbon are now back with another banger. This is their “You The Type” single, as the visuals for it are also available. This comes as they are all also touring with GloRilla, on her current “Anyways, Life’s Great” Tour. Last month, Gloss also released her debut project on Quality Control Music, “Before The Gloss Up.” K Carbon is also signed to Pooh Shiesty’s Choppa Gang record label.
