Iyanla Vanzant is letting it be known that she has forgiven Jussie Smollett for lying about his “attack.”
While on the red carpet for the Essence “Black Women in Hollywood,” she tells Variety that Jussie lied, just like any of us do everyday.
“He told a lie. That’s what he did. Now we can make up whatever we want to make up about it, but he told a lie the same way the leader of this country does every day.”
She then goes on to say that she has forgiven Jussie for what he did.
