This season, Ja Morant has led the Grizzlies to a franchise record 11 game win streak. Morant has quickly risen to be considered one of the NBA’s best players. There are some talking heads who think Ja Morant is the MVP of the season, so far. Definitely, he has the Grizzlies doing something that they have never done, in the past.
Last night, the Grizzlies extended their winning streak to 11, when they beat the Minnesota Timberwolves. The game was closer than a lot of the games, during this win streak. When the game was on the line, Patrick Beverley shoved Ja Morant in the back. Despite being young, Ja isn’t afraid of the veterans. So, when Pat Bev shoved him, Morant quickly called him out over it. It was peace, as both laughed about it.
