In 2021, Jackboy made himself into a household name. Make no mistake, Jackboy has been making moves for some time. But, this year is when his music began really having a huge impact on the listeners. Prior to this year, he was best-known for his beef with Kodak Black. During the summer, Kodak offered to end their beef, which Jackboy turned down.

Jackboy was originally a part of Kodak Black’s Sniper Gang and this is where he rose to fame. There was a falling out, leading to him leaving the label, and the two having beef. Recently, Kodak Black has attempted to make peace, but Jackboy turned this proposition down. Aside from this, Jackboy found love with Asian Doll, but the two broke up, earlier this month.

A single man, once again, Jackboy got back to work. He decided to get the music video for “Letter To God” out, for the masses. On New Year’s Eve, as the world is preparing to move into 2022, Jackboy gave them a new music video to watch. This is another one of those songs where the artist is trying to tackle the issues of the world.
