James Harden hits step back three over Jimmy Butler and Max Strus

James Harden has become one of the NBA’s most interesting stories. After the 2012 NBA Finals, Harden was traded from the Oklahoma City Thunder. At the time, James Harden was a bench player, but still the third scoring option. In 2012, James Harden was traded to the Houston Rockets, where he became one of their best players of all time. Unfortunately, Harden did not last in Houston.

James Harden spent nine years with the Houston Rockets. During that time, James Harden led the Rockets to their first Western Conference Finals appearance since the Olajuwon era. Harden would lead the Rockets to the 2015 and 2018 Western Conference Finals. Both times, James Harden’s Rockets came up short to Stephen Curry’s Golden State Warriors. As a result, the Rockets made changes.

James Harden had a chance to be a part of something special with the Brooklyn Nets. Ultimately, the Nets failed with their second attempt at a super team. Now, James Harden plays with Joel Embiid with the Philadelphia 76ers. In Game 5, James Harden tried to get the Sixers back into the game vs the Miami Heat. Harden knocked down a three pointer over Jimmy Butler and rising star, Max Strus.
