Jayson Tatum gets emotional after Marcus Smart slaps him

Jayson Tatum always showed promise as a leader. During Tatum’s rookie year, he emerged as the Boston Celtics’ best player. In the regular season, the Celtics added Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward as the leaders of the team. They struggled to beat Giannis’ Bucks, but rolled over the Sixers.

Jayson Tatum made his first Eastern Conference Finals in his rookie year. The young, but underhanded Celtics, almost defeated LeBron James’ Cleveland Cavaliers. Experience won out, as LeBron James made sure the Cavaliers won Game 7 to go back to the NBA Finals. In the Finals, the Golden State Warriors were waiting on them for the fourth straight year. Four years later, Jayson Tatum and the Celtics are in the NBA Finals. Waiting on them is the Golden State Warriors.

Jayson Tatum has played the Warriors as well as LeBron James or Kawhi Leonard ever did. After four games, Tatum has made sure the Celtics only were tied with the Warriors. The Warriors have not led in this series, which is tied 2-2. At the end of the game, Jayson Tatum was watching, as Steph Curry destroyed the Celtics. Marcus Smart gave him a strong pat on the back.
