Last week, Jhené Aiko released her single, “Wrap Me Out.” The LA singer returned soul to the game, back in 2013. During the summer of 2014, Jhené Aiko dominated the summer with “The Worst.” That single would put her on the map. Already, she had a strong following, and the co-signs of many majors in the industry.
Jhené Aiko would go onto drop several gold albums and platinum singers. Now, she is a veteran in the game. Commercially, Jhené Aiko is best-known for her appearance on Omarion’s “Post To Be.” Her ending line ended up becoming a part of regular slang. The years since then have seen that line live on in infamy. Since then, Jhené Aiko has continued dropping music that is considered to be a classic by her fans.
On Friday, Jhené Aiko dropped the “Wrap Me Up” single. Following the single came the music video, almost immediately. Like most of her other music, Jhené Aiko dropped the single and video to very positive reviews. Last year, she released her third album, and she will definitely have new music coming out sometime next year.
