Kodak Black released from LA hospital after shooting
On Saturday night, Kodak Black was among four people shot, outside a Justin Bieber afterparty event, in Los Angeles. This was at The Nice Guy, after Bieber originally performed at the Pacific Design Center, in Hollywood.
Kodak was outside with Lil Baby and Gunna, at the time. Kodak was leaving The Nice Guy, when someone apparently tried to attack one member of his entourage. Kodak soon threw a punch, and then shots were fired. Two other people were hit as well, as all three suffered non-life-threatening injuries. It’s unknown if the person who attacked Kodak’s crew was who fired the shots.
Kodak was shot in the leg, as he ended up being treated at nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. According to TMZ, Kodak was finally released on Monday. The Pompano Beach rapper was seen leaving the hospital in a walker, and entering in a black SUV.
Kodak is back to being active on social media now, as he’s promoting his upcoming “Back For Everything” album. This project is set to be released on February 25, as it’s led by his new “Grinding All Season,” “Super Gremlin,” and “Love and War” singles. Super Gremlin has been on fire to start 2022, after originally being released in October. It is currently number six, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
