LaMelo Ball roars as he slams fast break dunk | Hornets at Raptors [VIDEO]

LaMelo Ball roars as he slams fast break dunk

Historically, the Charlotte Hornets are one of the worst franchises of all-time. Even with that being said, the Hornets have one of the most-dedicated fan bases in the history of sports. Despite the team not making the playoffs since 2016, their home games are sold out. LaMelo Ball is a big reason why Hornets home games are sold out.

The Charlotte Hornets are normally a fringe playoff team, hence why they made the play-in, last season. But, the Hornets haven’t won a playoff series since 2002. Since 2002, the Hornets have only made the playoffs three times. During those appearances, 2010, 2014, and 2016, the Hornets won only three games, all of them in 2016.

LaMelo Ball’s arrival has changed the Hornets’ culture, though. Currently, Miles Bridges is the team’s leading scorer, Terry Rozier is their closer, and Gordon Hayward is their veteran. The Hornets are 26-21, which is their best record since 2016. After a tough loss to Atlanta, the Hornets are in Toronto, playing the Raptors. When LaMelo got the fast break dunk, he let out a strong roar, as the Hornets got back in the game.
