The world of professional wrestling joined with some of music’s biggest stars last Saturday. In a surprise performance, Lil Uzi Vert rocked the stage at Wrestle Mania 39. Following his introduction for the wrestling duo The Usos,  Lil Uzi Vert performed his hit single “I Just Want To Rock.” The show also featured Snoop Dog as the host and Bad Bunny as the Spanish table commentator.

Lil Uzi Vert continues to push boundaries in music and pop culture. Shaking up the hip-hop and rap scene since 2015, he’s one of the most streamed artist in the last ten years. Although successful independently, after signing with Atlantic Records Lil Uzi Vert reached billboard status. Working with artist like Gucci Mane and The Migo’s on the single  “Bad and Boujie” to his now double platinum album Luv Is Rage, he continues to break records.

2022 was no different as the viral song “I Just Wanna Rock,” took social media by storm. Inspiring an iconic dance and a Youtube video with 77 million views, Lil Uzi Vert is the ultimate rock star. Performing at WrestleMania 39 was not only a treat for fans but for Lil Uzi Vert himself. Shortly after his performance he spoke about possibly joining WrestleMania 40 next year. The event will be held in his hometown of Philadelphia in 2024.
