This season, Luka Doncic has played like a man with a grudge.

Instead, the Lakers are on the outside looking in at the Suns, Warriors, Grizzlies, Jazz, Mavericks, and Nuggets. Luka Doncic forced the Dallas Mavericks into that conversation. Meanwhile, the Lakers are looking at a second consecutive year of competing in the play-in, and that’s not a guarantee.

That was as recently as 2020, but in 2022, Luka Doncic got up for a poster dunk, and he dunked all over Dwight Howard.
