However, the Utah Jazz got a major come from behind win, with Luka Doncic playing.
Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to a 52-30 record, this season. The Mavericks began the season with a slow start, but Luka Doncic turned things around. Behind Luka Doncic, the Mavericks went from being outside of the playoffs to overtaking the Warriors for the third seed. While Luka Doncic and the Mavericks owned the tiebreaker, the Warriors managed to finish ahead of the Mavericks.
Luka Doncic and the Mavericks finished with the fourth seed. In all three of Luka Doncic’s playoff appearances, he has home court for the first time. Coming home for Game 5, Luka Doncic wanted to make a huge statement. When Luka Doncic tried to dunk on Hassan Whiteside, he was met with opposition. This led to Luka Doncic trying to fight Whiteside, and the whole Dallas Mavericks stepping in.
