On the Atlanta scene, there’s always artists emerging and rising to fame. Mariah The Scientist is a rapper, on the scene, who began making noise back in 2019. Early in 2021, there were rumors of her and Future having a fling. Those rumors began on Twitter and were easily disproven. At the time, Future was with Dess Dior, and Mariah is her friend. Like anyone who has a friend dating a popular rapper, Mariah was networking for her own career.

Over a year later, Mariah The Scientist began appearing alongside another Atlanta rapper. It turns out, there was something to the Young Thug rumors. The two were spotted looking very cozy, sitting together during the Atlanta Falcons’ game. Later, the two were seen kissing in the club. In the middle of those rumors, Thug received good news. His album, Punk, went platinum, after the album became another number one release for him.

Mariah The Scientist decided to play with the rumors about her and Young Thug. As she returned with her “Walked In” music video, she had Young Thug as the leading man. In this music video, the two got married, and there’s a cameo from Gunna, to make the cycle complete.
