Moneybagg Yo is definitely one of the hottest artists in the game right now and this has been the case for a few years now. Last week, be scored his first number one album as “A Gangsta’s Pain,” hit the top of the Billboard 200 chart. Since then, the Memphis rapper has been celebrating a lot and he decided to take a celebration to a new level.
Moneybagg took to social media on Wednesday to post himself in a swimming pool at a home he was staying in. In the water, $100 bills were everywhere as he went on to show off his jewelry as well. Moneybagg’s definitely getting to the bag for sure as he also recently revealed that he locked in his first ever $200,000 concert.
As far as Gangsta’s Pain itself, fans were treated to plenty of content. The album contained 22 tracks in total and was led by singles such as “Hard For The Next” feat. Future and “Time Today.” Additional appearances included Jhené Aiko, Pharrell Williams, Kaash Paige, Polo G, Lil Durk, and Tripstar.
A Gangsta’s Pain also marks Moneybagg’s third project since January 2020. The other two were his “Time Served” album that money and “Code Red,” in September, which was a joint project with CMG label mate, Blac Youngsta.
