Late in 2020, Morray began making major noise, in Eastern North Carolina. Nearly a decade after the Cole World phenomenon, Morray began making moves from the same city. Morray became the second rapper from Fayetteville to gain national recognition. Very community oriented, Morray welcomed the whole city of Fayetteville out for his “Trenches” music video, a year ago. Not much later, he announced his major label signing.

Morray rose, on the local level, and when he hit the national scene, he kept climbing. Easily, Morray is one of the biggest names in hip hop. Last year, Morray released his first major label project in the form of Street Sermons. The project was met with much fan fare, as Morray kept pushing, delivering new music, and doing features. In the year of 2021, Morray was able to make a lot his dreams into his reality, and he still shows love to his hometown.

Recently, Morray teamed up with Cordae for his newest single. Morray released his single, “Still Here,” featuring Cordae. To launch New Music Friday, Morray came with the music video for the “Still Here” single. Now, Morray is going back to work to put out a new project to follow Street Sermons.
