Peezy goes 2 Million Up in his latest video
Peezy is indicative of just how talented the current crop of Detroit rappers are. In the current era, people overlook Detroit. While the city has definitely seen better days, it is the birthplace of Motown. The first successful record label, for the culture and by the culture, comes from Detroit. However, there seems to be a bit of surprise that Detroit has so many talented rappers. Aside from the auto industry, music is what Detroit is all about.
Peezy has had his fair share of legal issues, over the years. These issues led to Peezy catching some backlash from the fans. While nobody questions Peezy’s abilities as an artist, his solidness, as a man, was up for question. The Lil Durk incident had people looking at Peezy a bit differently. However, when Peezy kept coming with straight heat, it was clear there was no stopping him. In 2022, Peezy has kept a low profile, however.
Peezy released a song for the summer, back in May. That song was entitled “The One” and it has done well on the streaming platforms. However, Peezy did not follow it up with anything. This, too, changed when Peezy delivered his latest single. Over the weekend, Peezy delivered his single, “2 Million Up,” along with the official music video.
