Playboi Carti was a part of the 2015 Atlanta wave of new rap stars. Like the others, he virtually disappeared in 2016, but Playboi Carti returned in 2017. Since then, Playboi Carti has dropped nothing but hits. With several under his belt, Rolling Loud tapped Carti to do a set. Last night, Carti performed his hits at Rolling Loud New York.
