Power Book II: Ghost Midseason Finale

Last week ended with the bombshell that Zeke (Daniel Bellomy) is Monet (Mary J. Blige) and Dante/Mecca’s (Daniel Sunjata) son. This was exposed, right after Zeke was arrested, following his interview with Jemele Hill. Detective Whitman (Jeff Hephner) is determined to tie Zeke and Carrie (Melanie Liburd) to Jabari’s (Justin McManus) murder.

Meanwhile, Cane (Woody McClain) and Tariq (Michael Rainey, Jr.) are the guilty parties. Mecca advised Cane to set someone up and to find Tariq’s weak spot. With that, Cane has been hanging out with Brayden (Gianni Paolo). When he went to the dorm, he planted the murder weapon in Tariq’s drawer. In the preview, Tariq warns Brayden to not talk to the Tejadas.

Monet is going to learn, this week, that Cane and Tariq killed Professor Jabari Reynolds. Now, she is searching for Tariq’s weaknesses. The new episode of “Power Book II: Ghost” airs on December 19, 2021 at 9 pm.
